  • Usage data: features used, interaction patterns, and timestamps, where enabled for product improvement.

Information from third parties

If you sign in or connect third-party services (for example, Apple, Google, or analytics providers), we may receive information from those services as permitted by your settings and their policies.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve the Services;
  • Create and maintain your account;
  • Sync your data across devices where that functionality exists;

  • Protect the rights, safety, and security of users and SprintTrack.

3. Legal bases (where applicable)

If data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on appropriate bases including: performance of a contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), consent where required, and legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We may share information:

  • Service providers: vendors that host data, provide analytics, customer support tools, email delivery, or infrastructure, bound by confidentiality and processing terms.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • With your direction: when you ask us to share or connect integrations you approve.

We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and how you use the Services.

6. Security

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
